Agreement to Be Followed

The Drugsite Trust and all of its partners, companies, subsidiaries, and assigns are what “we,” “us,” “our,” and “Modatrust.com” mean in this agreement. “You,” “User,” and “End-User” all refer to the person who is using the Service. The words “content provider” and “content providers” refer to any business, group, corporation, association, person, partnership, or limited liability company that gives Modatrust.com information. You agree to follow the rules set out in this Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) when you use the Service. It’s the only agreement between us and you. It replaces all other agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings that were made at any time about the Service, its content, products, or services offered by or through the Service, as well as this Agreement’s subject matter. We can make changes to this agreement at any time and without giving you prior notice. You should read the most recent Agreement before using the Service. It will be listed on the Service. You agree to follow the rules of the most recent Agreement when you use the Service.

Copyright and trademarks

Copyright, trademark, and other private rights, such as intellectual property rights, protect the Service’s content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion, and other things that have to do with it. These rights apply to both the United States and other countries. Some marks, like “Drugs.com,” are trademarks or registered trademarks of Drugs.com. Some of the other product names, business names, and content that you see on the Service may be trademarks or copyrights of other people. There may be different copyright rules for different documents on this Service. Those rules will be shown in the documents themselves. You may not copy, redistribute, use, or publish any of these things or any part of the Service in any way that isn’t allowed by this Agreement. When you use the Service, you don’t get ownership rights to any content, documents, or other things you see. When we post information or materials on the Service, it doesn’t mean that we give up any rights to those materials and information.

For Personal Use

You are allowed to read, print, or download content, graphics, forms, or documents from the Service for your own personal use only. This license is limited, personal, non-exclusive, and not for business use. You can’t use the Service for any kind of business, to make money, or to get private financial help.

Any content from this Service cannot be downloaded, uploaded, posted, transmitted, framed, sold, or given away in any way. The only exception is that you may save one copy of what you see on your computer for your own personal, non-commercial use at home (but not to sell or give away), as long as you leave all copyright and other proprietary notices intact. It is against the content provider’s copyright and other property rights to change the materials or use them for any other reason. It is against the rules to use this kind of content on any other website or networked computer system. There are no other owners or people who have any control over the materials on this Service. They belong to Drugs.com or its content providers at all times. This includes all copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and changes made to these materials.

Advertisers From Outside Sites

As the advertiser, you are in charge of all order handling, fulfillment, billing, and customer service. You and Advertisers are the only ones who can do business with each other. To use these advertisers, you agree to do so at your own risk and without any warranties from us, whether they are expressed, implied, or otherwise. This includes warranties of title, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. The fact that third-party ads appear on the Service does not mean that Drugs.com recommends, approves, or endorses the quality of the goods or services being promoted or any other aspect of the merchant or its goods or services. You agree that you will not believe any claims made on this Service about the quality of the goods or services being offered. You can ask as many questions as you want about the Advertiser’s goods and services to make sure they meet your needs in terms of quality, sufficiency, legality, fitness, and suitability. Each Advertiser can’t force Drugs.com to do anything but isn’t limited to, problems with warranties, the quality of goods, and anything else.
