Refund Policy

A refund process can be tiresome and time-consuming. However, with us, refund procedure is an easy and hassle-free process. We have created a refund policy which is presented in lucid language containing terms and conditions one should know. We want our customers to get though the refund process smoothly and thus we have crafted a hassle-free refund procedure. You can go through the policy before initiating the process in order to get the most out of it.

Below are the situations in which we accept refund request:

  • We take a full responsibility of re-shipping of the parcel if wrong parcel is shipped due to errors from our end. We will either re-ship the products for free or we give your money back.
  • You can initiate the refund process if you receive damaged or torn parcel. We will be needing images of the damaged parcel to initiate refund procedure.
  • We ensure fastest shipping but in some unfortunate events the shipping might get delayed. In such situations, we ship the products for free. No extra shipping cost.

In events such as when the shipping address is wrongly put in by the customers, no refund will be given if the parcel reaches to the wrong address. Also, if you fail to provide us images of damaged parcel, a refund process cannot be put.

Once your refund process is accepted and processed, we either re-ship the products with no shipping cost or we refund the money. The refund amount gets credited in the customers’ credit card bank account and it will take 10 to 15 business days to get reflected.
